Every once in awhile i go back and reread "Sensei, Kowai Hanashi Shimasenka?" because it's actually pretty good surrealism, bl elements notwithstanding. It's messed up in all the right places, leaves you with weird questions, and needs a reread or two to figure out wtf is going on.

I have never understood the point of cuticle oil. You can get the same effect with olive oil... or lotion. Like literally, just rub hand lotion into your cuticles as you're moisturizing.

I really like the idea of survival game novels. And not the horror/murder game type, i mean literally a vr survival video game. It just seems natural that ppl would be interested in trying out a harsh survival scenario if there's no rl repercussions. Heck i hate inconvenience and I'd be down.

"Global Flood: I Have a Floating Safehouse" (全球水灾，我有漂流安全屋) is so so good. It's not your typical golden finger survival story, it's well-designed world-building that has you wondering about what's going on and why from the get go without getting boring in the upgrading/supply hoarding stages.

I love it when my new year resolutions are just "maintain last year's good habits" and "pick up the slack that happened nov/dec bc of holidays". Altho i have to add "better sleep habits", all in all i have a pretty stress free resolution list that feels like progress for once.

Holy carp, i was reading a cln horror story and a group of coyotes starting wailing and yipping nearby. For a sec i almost turned off all the lights and wanted to hide behind something before catching myself (bc coyotes are fairly common around here).

Super annoyed at cosmetics companies still shilling the collagen-in-skincare ... not SCAM exactly. Technically both collagen and hydrolized/low molecular collagen are good on skin, but as moisturizing components, not for anti-aging(aka collagen supplementation).

I just found out about laundry stripping, and can only imagine how many people destroyed fabrics that shouldn't be subjected to harsh chemicals that strip off oils and chemical coatings due to the fact that they are fabrics treated to have a chemical coating. Fake silks and satins especially.

I might have to pass on Girls' Frontline 2, but i wish the best for their launch. If you like Total War style tactics gameplay, give it a try. I love the worldbuilding of the T-dolls and how they really are war machines, not just girls pretending to be robots.
