I know all of global health is collapsing rn but this 👇🏾 after 3yrs of negotiations.. is infuriating. Refusing to transfer tech (given all meds, diagnostics, vaccines) are "tech" is exactly why rich countries had freezers filled w. vaccines (lookin at you, Canada) as ppl in Asia & Africa died.
