Orchid break

A question for education policy experts: Assume the ABA stuck to its guns on the DEI standards. (1) How much discretion does the Department of Ed have to remove the ABA as the accreditor? (2) When could DOE do that? (3) What would the likely replacement accreditor be? I'm over my head in 34 CFR.🤷

For faculty who are wondering about the steps of putting together a teach-in on what is currently happening, I threw together a quick guide based on some of what we did at Michigan - Feel free to pass it around and open to any suggestions - docs.google.com/document/d/1...
