Cycled most of the way up Teide again. The cafe at 1,100m was closed and that’s the last water stop before the top so I bailed at 1,650m, turned round, ate ace food in a lovely spot over looking the sea and saw an amazing Ford. #ahcc

I’ve been to the Lakes and cycled up the aptly named Struggle. It’s the most brutal climb I’ve done in a while, but managed it all and recovered pretty quickly. This cycling is feeling alright at the moment. #ahcc
