Finally well enough to workout again. It was hard, and severe bad thoughts made it even more difficult, but leg day was done. I did skip one exercise, but right now I’m looking to make things more intense, and rebuild lifting habits again. Progress > Perfection. Thanks for supporting, fam. ❤️
