Finally figured out how to get the "Assign to Desktop" option back on my Macbook's Dock. Turns out I had to add a second virtual "Desktop" to one of my external monitors, i.e., I must have one Desktop more than I have physical screens. As soon as I added Desktop 4, the "Assign" options reappeared.

This week's weird bug: If your Google Calendar Android app correctly sends Task notifications and you then install the Google Tasks app on the same device, all Task notifications stop working. To fix: 1. Uninstall the Tasks app 2. Turn all notifications off then back on in the GCal app.
