I have been wearing Loop earplugs to bed and they fit pretty snugly. So of course I dreamed last night that I had to get a physician to remove a large bug from each of my ears.

The big local university, UT-Knoxville, also started its Spring Break on Monday. There are enough faculty who enjoy camping, esp. given the nicer Mon/Tues local weather, to plausibly account for the filled up campsite reservations. #bm100

During my PhD, I ran Whitestone 30K in Lenoir, TN 3 times, the first on Feb. 23, 2020, my last race pre-COVID. I've learned this AM that Whitestone 30K is no more. Logging in the area has forced permanent closure of the race. I'm heartbroken. 🧵 #TrailRunning #UltraRunning
