Finished the first two issues of @imagecomics.com Dust to Dust by @jgjones.bsky.social and Phil Bram - GORGEOUS stuff. I love the look and feel, there's a cinematic texture to the art, and as JG wrote in the afterword in issue 1, it feels REAL timely. Excited for issue 3 (out this week I believe)

The joys of working in audio is that I finally have use for the vast quantities of noises my brain has fixated on most of my life. For instance, I've referenced "Buzz Lightyear's Space Laser noise" and "that moment in the Narnia soundtrack song 'The Battle' where Jadis is killed" in this script.
