Today, I saw a bird trapped in the stairwell at work. It was trying to fly outside but kept hitting the window. I tried for a few minutes to get close enough to catch it and release it back outside where it belongs. Unfortunately, it flew up high and I couldn’t get it.

I was lucky enough enough to have some time today at work to write down every toxic thought I’ve been ruminating on for the past few months and it was liberating. I felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders and also completely exhausted at the same time lol. I recommend it.
