Assigning "VO working hour" into the daily schedule is imperative--especially if you have a day job. Try building the VO working hours into a normalized habit, a part of the routine. Whether that's two hours every night or five. For me, building & committing to that routine was key to productivity.

Something I've noticed with submissions to my roster are folks not having websites due to "being inexperienced." I don't care if you're 'too inexperienced'. Stop making excuses and make a website to hold your demo, contact info, and have it warm for a future resume. GET. A. WEBSITE.
