Oh, for punctuation's sake! I have been blithely using the terms "en dash" and "em dash" for — basically — ever. TODAY, I found out that they're called that because they're supoosed to be as wide as the letters n and m, respectively. Am I Thick Jack Clot for not knowing this?

This is an exciting first post. Except, of course, I've hardly added anyone on here, so it mightn't work. What should I have for dinner? Cottage pie? Butternut squash, kale and cranberry salad?
