One would need to be totally daft to not see that Donald Trump is a Russian asset. He was brought to the attention of the KGB through Ivana Trump, lured to the USSR in 1987, and then began working for Russia immediately upon return. Everything he's done since then is for Moscow's benefit.

In addition to Congress being the place that makes the laws, pretty key thing, the constitution explicitly says Congress gets to create the postal system. It’s not left implied that that comes under law making generally. The President has no power to unilaterally abolish it and move it to commerce.
