FORM emails generally aren't given the same weight as drafting your own. Constituent mail software batches by % similarity so if your email is 80%+ the same as other messages it's treated as a form. But that requires some caveats:

I am so glad I bailed on substack a few years ago when it was still easy to migrate. Now I guess substack makes it harder to leave, so they can hold folks hostage. There are writers I love who still publish on there. I dearly wish I could give them money, but I don't want substack to get its cut. 😭
