I managed to sprout 1 sunflower seed despite the squirrels. iirc, it's a Teddybear Sunflower! I have Mammoth Sunflowers too that I've gotten to grow taller than me, but the hurricanes last year blew them over.

I have successfully recreated "Spicy Addictive Cucumber." It's spicy, and addictive! Flaky salt, sesame oil, chili oil (the good stuff) and "mini seedless cucumbers." I just eyeball the amounts, tbh, but it didn't take long to dial in. Be careful with the oils, but use plenty of salt.
