New pub on perinatal sleep!! 🤰😴 Diary + actigraphy data tended to track with each other from 3rd trimester to 4mo postpartum, but WASO was significantly more discrepant during 6wk post. We interpret these and other results with qual data, too! Yay mixed methods! link.springer.com/article/10.1...

Excited to share our new publication in Journal of Affective Disorders! Women with perimenopausal depression show distinct resting-state connectivity at baseline compared to controls. After 3 weeks of estrogen, that connectivity shifts. Read more: www.sciencedirect.com/science/arti...
