What musical act did you get to see in an intimate setting? Because it was before they got big or after they had their huge moment?

AC/DC. “Whole Lotta Rosie.” 1979. An incredible moment — the band happy to step back and let Angus Young take the floor, while still feeding him the energy he needs. And then, when Bon Scott ‘interrupts’ w/ the chorus reprisal, Angus just uses it as a springboard to launch into space. This is magic.

these are our party leaders now, ignore all other opinions

First full length album I ever bought with my own money

We watched Nosferatu, and it is generally fine; but also Willem Dafoe is clearly having the time of his life, which is utterly delightful.

Need Tri-Star Pictures to come back. Seeing that Pegasus in front of a new movie would fix me

the Severance creators really made a mood board called "SEASONAL DEPRESSION" and ran with it and I love that for them

Every time I see new bits of The Gaslight District, I get hyped. It's so grimy and gross, but it also has some of the most beautiful and artistic shots I've ever seen in an indie show. The story and characters are also fun as hell. You better watch it when it comes out or I'll kill you.

The exact same people who ridiculed Dem members of Congress for posting similar talking points in a coordinated way do the same thing daily.

I’m cool, fun to text with 🥰

One of the most frequent questions I get when I post images of space: "Are those colors real?" The answer is no. Well, maybe. Kinda? www.scientificamerican.com/article/are-... 🔭 🧪

Been reading a little mythology and it seems like one of the main cross-cultural themes is, “do not, under any circumstances, get on a boat.”

1/2 Actual Q, since haven't been near TVs: Did any Dem Senator give a rip-roaring, detailed, speech dissecting *specifics* of what is bad in GOP CR bill. Style of E Warren or AOC or Rep Katie Porter at a House hearing, or Al Franken in his Senate prime? Making case for *exactly* why it's so bad?

NASA released an image of the Eagle Nebula taken by the Webb Telescope, combining NIRCam and MIRI data to clearly show the structure of stars and dust. It is 6,500 light-years away from Earth and over 90 trillion kilometers wide, making it the nearest large-scale star formation region. Photo: NASA.

we're at viff to watch a fistful of dollars & the theater is just playing a playlist of final fantasy music i'm not complaining but i was certainly caught off guard haha

You hate Disney live action remakes cuz you hate women and minorities I hate Disney live action remakes cuz I hate shallow appeals to nostalgia and the framing of animation as a lesser medium, we are not the same

Wow! “Immediately after taking her first dose of semaglutide, her symptoms related to mast cell disease began decreasing dramatically, and after two weeks, she was symptom-free for the first time in years.…Chronic rashes, which she had been struggling with for over 20 years…completely resolved.”

You ever think about how in the original Star Wars, the way the Empire is shown to be evil is by attacking a civilian population for allegedly harboring terrorists?
