Gently gliding into my geriatric era and happy to have made it this far when so many before me haven’t. I’ve currently been interested in foraging, community building, ceramics, and sewing.

In 1995 my grandma visited the 3M factory store in Minnesota and did Christmas shopping. I got a lifetime supply of Scotch tape and the dispenser.

Fresh from the kiln. The class was surface design techniques and a lot of firsts for me. #ceramics

As simple as it is, I like to think of surface design to tell a story. #ceramics

A few vessels came out of the kiln and happy to say that I find them pretty. #archiebray

open.substack.com/pub/oldtruck... “Get your nose out of my business” was my ending statement. Others were far more eloquent.

A nice getaway but there’s projects waiting for me!

Deeply sick stuff in Oval Office just now: Trump: You've allowed yourself to be in a very bad position. You don't have the cards. Zelensky: I'm not playing cards. Trump: Yeah, you're playing cards. You're gambling with the lives of millions. Then from JD Vance: Have you said thank you once?

I made that! It’s still standing! Now I want to make another version.

I get a kick out of sewing quilts. Keeps me off the streets but not out of trouble.

Not to brag, but I’m in the permanent collection at The Bray.

Ceramic boats I’ve made using roofing felt as a form template. Oars are olive wood I carved. It’s a great way to use up small amounts of clay and ultimately function as glaze tests.

Cache pots for Christmas.

An accidental ^7 reduction firing made my new favorite tea cup. Clay is a ^6 Coffee.
