The AMS is temporarily opening its career services to all who need them, regardless of membership status, and offering dues waivers and meeting registration fee reductions for those impacted by job loss due to changes in the government. Read more: bit.ly/4gRiHAk

I cannot think of anything more profoundly un-American than a president declaring himself a “king”

Recirculating my article from 2018 when a Government shutdown loomed. The importance of @NWS ...They are the backbone of your TV, Apps, and other forecasts www.forbes.com/sites/marsha...

Yes, this administration is dangerous and cruel, but they are also shockingly dim and incompetent. Opportunities are everywhere. Make everything as hard as possible. Resist every demand. Refuse entry without a warrant. Don’t take the buyout. Their problem solving skills are 📉

I asked RFK Jr. a simple question:

Once you get universal healthcare you'll never willingly give it back

After 10 years of being a Boston renter, I'm about to find out what it's like to be a Boston homeowner

I spoke at a 2021 campaign event with @mayorwu.boston.gov about the pressing need to electrify the BPS fleet. I'm ecstatic at the progress being made on that front! This is a big step in Boston's climate leadership!

Just like climate change won't be solved by any one US president, climate action won't be stopped by any one president. Will you keep fighting for the climate action?

In the wake of a historic Gulf Coast blizzard, climate change denial talking points will have a renewed vigor. Here's a handy cheat sheet for how to engage with deniers:

I'll be heading out there tonight. It'll be windy with a chance for snow showers until 8pm. Hopefully the winds aren't too much of a problem, but a few flakes will just make the tree lighting better!

the first snow of the season is always magical, especially when you didn't forecast it and it really does show up ✨magically ✨

Morning flurries over KJFK today were largely unresolved by mesoscale models, but there was just enough moisture and vertical motion to get a few flakes to the ground. A little less moisture, but could happen again in the NYC area tomorrow.

Lake effect off all of them at once is a beautiful phenomenon. Some locations on the south coast of Lake Erie are expecting more than 3 feet of snow through the weekend.

I'm gonna have to buy one of these, aren't I #bhafc

Big winner last night is this eye-opening report from Highland Lakes #NJ, 12 inches! And it's still snowing... #NJWx

Good idea, #NewYork. #Boston should do the same.

The Biden admin can help the world meet its climate targets, even under Trump, by supporting an end to fossil fuel financing at @oecdocde.bsky.social. Taxpayer dollars don’t need to go the way of the dinosaur and prop up fossils. It's time for a clean energy revolution. t.co/mtdHH6byKm
