Trump’s hyperbole re: Canada/Greenland/Panama/Gaza - is it serious or is it a window into a doddering mind detached from reality? If the latter, unfortunately, that decaying mind belongs to POTUS. I fear that this bombastic BS is distracting us from what’s actually happening HERE in the USA!

Now more than ever it is important to stay in touch with what's going on in the federal and state/local government. Ballotpedia started as an election service website and has since developed into a very informative site for anyone to stay tuned in to our government.

I think getting involved, either by donating to a specific organization or taking action thru an established site can be more effective than writing individual letters to various government agencies or persons. Here’s one. There's also Common Cause links for individual states - like commoncausenc.
