Woah. A sense of how dramatic the rise of solar energy is expected to be: In the IEA's 'Stated Policies Scenario', Solar PV makes the SMALLEST contribution to world electricity generation THIS YEAR. But by 2035 it is expected to be the LARGEST source for generation, by far.
