I understand what Judge Xinis is doing. She is building a factual record so that that record will be crystal clear when this case gets back to the Supreme Court. But I also know it is taking too long. Two weeks is too long. Keep in mind Bukele will just kill Garcia at the last moment if he has to.

Trump can’t bring Kilmar home because he’s worried about what he’s gonna say. I suspect they’re committing human rights abuses in El Salvador right now. The minute he’s back in the country, Kilmar is going to start exposing what’s been happening to him and anyone else they’ve wrongly deported.
