Zelensky is a hero by any sensible measure. A leader inspiring his nation in the midst of an invasion by a powerful, repressive dictatorship. The fact that any American can think of him as the bad guy just demonstrates the triumph of tribalism over principle.

Didn't expect my comment to make it into the Sifted article, but grateful it did! Just yesterday I attended #Munich #Innovation Ecosystem meetup, and they seem to be completely unaware that the startups are moving our from #Germany, and that its impossible to start a company as a foreigner here

Mindscape Bonus Episode | Cuts to Science Funding and Why They Matter. I try to lay things out in a way that would be informative to partisans on both sides of the spectrum (with my own views perfectly evident). #MindscapePodcast www.preposterousuniverse.com/podcast/2025...

I've just announced my new (blazing-fast) kernel for implicit surfaces: mattkeeter.com/projects/fid... It's got something for everyone: Cool graphs! Multithreaded WebAssembly! Terrible mesh topology! JIT compilers! After three years, I'm excited to finally show it off to a wider audience 😎

This Small Data video is hilarious!

It was hilarious to see this happen in one of the biggest Fortune 500 companies. Various executives replying with "unsubscribe me" and such 😅

True story: there are humans out there who insert lies into the organizational bloodstream just to see the reaction. They call this pressure testing, and these humans are jerks.

It’s nice to get a bit of quiet time to focus on long-overdue tasks that kept piling up over the past months. They don’t require a ton of effort, but I just couldn’t push myself to get to them after spending most of my days on tedious work items that I had to do.

You’re still arguing about tabs vs. spaces? May I present…

I’ve been programming for… 25 years? And I feel like I keep on making the same mistakes. Not because I’m not better at it, but because the mistakes are a result of me, of my personality, of my anxiety, of my laziness, of my inability to let shit go. Me. Not tech. Not skill. Not experience. Just me.

I found the perfect Scooby snack: candied papaya. I know, I know, it has loads of sugar, so I only buy 100g or so and don't eat it in one go...
