Our win percentage (if we win on Saturday)=24%. Last season=15%. To get automatic promotion from NL needs 66%. Anyone who thinks we can make that much improvement in season 1 is a starry-eyed optimist. A much more achievable 38% would get us into the last play-off place.

Went on the first 'Circle the City' bike ride yesterday. Great fun and an indication of what Brum would look and feel like, if cycling was as popular and facilitated as it is in Amsterdam or Paris.

Restoring the team. Release all players not contracted. Loan out all contracted players (except Breeze) who have had pitch time in 2025. Invite 30+ trialists in July and offer 6 month contracts to the best 15. Start season with them + our youngsters. Recall loan players as and when they show form.
