For my US friends: Confusingly, the Right Wing party in Australia is (was?) called the "Liberal Party", and used the colour blue. The Leftist (for us centre left, for the US far left!) party is the winning Labor Party. They use the colour Red. #ausvotes25

The "real" model of Journalism was only about "balance" when balance became briefly & coincidentally profitable & fashionable in the 60's & 70's. Once influence, outrage, & FUD generated more revenue, the appearance of balance was only used to generate, clicks, views, purchases & profit. #journalism
