Well my goat curry with coconut rice and peas was pretty good for a first attempt. Coconut rice not as fluffy as I would have liked but another ten minutes in the oven might well have fixed that with a bit of stirring up! The curry was ace!!

I don't really get the trans hysteria. I am 67, in my entire life i have only, to the best of my knowledge, come into contact with 1 trans man and possibly 1 trans girl. It's hardly a daily issue. Just needs a sense of proportion and some common sense.

Looking at the training squad I think i would be tempted to play Fernandes deeper alongside Ugarte and play Mainoo or Mount further forward. Amass looked good v Newcastle but I suspect Dorgu and Dalot will start. Squad looks so thin it's unbelievable even allowing for so many injuries.

In a desperate attempt to avoid appearing to be my age, I am having laser hair removal, amongst other 'treatments' I would once have scorned. Today was to have been my 1st treatment, but I have used tan towels(!) to maintain my holiday tan so no laser allowed. I must now exfoliate. WTAF am I doing!

So i pay my energy company a monthly amount. Over the year my account has always been in credit. Hundreds of pounds in the summer months.
