Been working on Highwind’s comicbook for a while and decided to take a break and work on something new Something fresh Expandable in its story, world and characters. And I tell you, I haven’t had this much fun exploring ideas in a WHILE. A new world. Niceee

After Highwind’s cancellation, I’ve been thinking non-stop on what to do next. And it stresses me out. Highwind can only be continued at around end of 2026, when I’ll have enough money saved for it. I’ll have to take lots of freelance jobs, and do some side content.

Unfortunate news. I'm sorry to inform you all that Highwing's animated series is officially cancelled. lack of funding and creative difficulties led the project to be poorly handled, and because of private problems I have to deal with I have no way of financially sustaining the series.

Ngl guys, I feel stuck. I’ve sent my portfolio to what? 28 projects this February alone. And only 1 has told me that they’ll CONSIDER me for work. Nobody takes my art commissions either. At this rate, I’ll never make money for Highwind. I haven’t told the team, but I think 2027 is the way to go.

I’m announcing that I’m starting pre-production on a animated series produced entirely by myself. It will be simple, easy, experimental and FILLED with cat people with big swords. I’ll give more info soon, but just know..it might be a nice change of pace. I’m giving Highwind room to breathe.
