Wishing I still had all the Christmas and Santa-themed Hot Wheels collection that my storage space lost on me two years ago.

I think it’s time we upgrade our specs.

I received many unexpected props on my Maori-designed hat this weekend.

Found a thing on the local BK menu called a ‘Long Beef Rodeo’ and now I’m trying to find ways to fit that into casual conversation.

This might have been the biggest surprise of #ElectricAvenue: An Australian DJ duo —Peking Duk— who despite the Chinese fast food name and Ron Jeremy vibes were instantly fun. They played Fleetwood Mac, Vengaboys, hard house, Eurythmics, Journey, original bangers, and of course, Eddy Grant.

Man. #khruangbin are by far my favorite band at the moment. Their music is amazing and the band is so cool. Each member is awesome on guitar, bass, and drums. The minimal vocal melodies are all immaculate too. Amazing in concert. #ElectricAvenue

Wes Fenlon reminded me that I wrote this about the Monster Hunter series. In case you missed it, here you go. Who’s gonna play Monster Hunter Wilds with me? Steam, PS5, but mostly Steam (because my rugrats are on the PS5 all the time).

Well, at Electric Avenue I saw what had to be the most underwhelming electronic act to draw a huge crowd as I’ve ever seen: Chase & Status. They literally have one beat: A dubstep’ified 2-step rhythm that no matter what momentary rhythmic diversion they took, it inevitably came back to 2-step dub.

Empire of the Sun played in the dang sun at #ElectricAvenue. The sun actually set during their set. So there’s that. It was an Empire of the Sun setting sun sunset set. #EOTS

Everyone who pops on social media to post a “We got _____ before GTA6” comment needs to get a life. You tired ass MFs.

Have brought out the bangers for the music festival. Off-screen: #SEGA logo shirt.

Getting ready to rock down to #ElectricAvenue. (and then we’ll take it higher)

An irrefutable fact of life is that Wendy’s fries have, and always will, suck.
