I went to my first salsa dance class in a year. With all the work I’ve done over the past year and since the bariatric surgery, I am a different person. I took classes for 3 years as a “fat girl”. And it was HARD. Tonight, I wasn’t the fat girl. I was just a person dancing. It was wonderful.
