These men were building us homes. The violence is being committed by ICE — masked men, no ID, no warrants. Don’t believe the rhetoric being pushed by violent criminals about ‘violent criminals’ cause it’s all BS. Call your Reps and demand they hold hearings, sanctioned or not. This needs to stop.

Hadn't seen this; at least one habeas lawsuit has already been filed over ICE's stated intent to put someone into expedited removal who is still in regular removal proceedings, a flagrantly unlawful act. Anyone seen any filings? I know it's habeas so the docket isn't public.
