Albrecht Ludwig Berblinger besser bekannt als der Schneider von Ulm wurde am 24. Juni 1770 geboren. Er unternahm einen Flugversuch und landete dabei kläglich durch ungünstige Winde im Wasser. Danach wurde er ausgelacht und war sozial ruiniert, dabei war ein kluger Kopf.
