Coach told me to lead warm up today. I said we’d be there forever. Two pyramids. Fighting stance then one push up, then two, then up to seven and back down. Then the same but with ankle taps up to 10. Then 50 medicine twists & 50 medicine sit ups. Then stretches and splits. I can’t move.
