. Something else leaps out here. This guy - Has blurry, blinking eyes Slurs his words on occasion Seems to struggle with his balance Has clearly impaired judgement Is he drunk? Wouldn't be my business, but he climbs into a car and drives off, and drunk drivers on the road is everyone's business.
