So far there have been three measles deaths in under six weeks in the ongoing US measles outbreak. Prior to this year there had only been three measles deaths in the United States in total in the entire last thirty years.

These findings were *before* the tariff announcement: "63% of Americans had a negative view of the government's economic policy, the highest figure since records began... just 25% expect their finances to look better in five years, lower than the nadir of the Great Recession."

Tough language from JPMorgan tonight: “.. we view the full implementation of these policies as a substantial macro economic shock not currently incorporated in our forecasts. .. these policies, if sustained, would likely push the US and global economy into recession this year.”
