In 5/2024, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services finalized a rule establishing minimum staffing standards for nursing homes, requiring a minimum of 3.48 hours per resident day of total nursing staff care. The BB Bill rescinds this requirement. Take care where you place your loved ones.
