@dept-of-gov-eff.bsky.social Employees perform based on how they are measure & rewarded. The govt workforce should be rewarded based on attaining specific measureable goals. This will result in a more effective and efficient effort.

@dept-of-gov-eff.bsky.social Govt spending can be cut in two ways. 1. Elminating actual services, 2. Delivering services more efficiently and minimizing waste. The priority should be to invest in process improvement. Our Govt is notoriously behind in applying best practices.
