Don’t we all dears ? 🤣🤣

British Steel is vital to our future. So take it all into public ownership and keep it in public ownership. @greenjennyjones.bsky.social No more throwing taxpayers money at privately owned foreign businesses expecting them to work in the public's interest.

Imagine being a small business with debt, that you used to import products you had manufactured in china. In the time it took to make the products, tariffs were added, that more than doubled your cost. They are crushed Are there any states offering support for their businesses ?

Dear TOCs ok make announcements about huge fines if you like but back it up with frequent ticket checks by loads of staff blitzing the train at both ends too. Just as almost every other European country does. Especially for local travel. Not everyone is going to and from London.

Keir Starmer’s determination to save Britain's tiny steel industry contrasts with his continued refusal to offer meaningful help to the many more workers whose livelihoods still depend on the EU www.adambienkov.co.uk/p/keir-starm...

Lib Dem deputy leader Daisy Cooper: Sunak peerages are 'parade of political flunkies.' Gove was at the heart of the VIP lane PPE scandals. He should be imprisoned not invested.

Draw back the tapestry and there's a young lady at the clavicord, in 1665. As painted by Gerrit Dou, fine painter of Leiden, whose birthday we are celebrating.

Well seeing as the US Government seem to be trying to emulate Victorian England and our Gunboat diplomacy, but don't actually seem to have mastered it yet, will they be selling opium to the Chinese next, or leasing Hong Kong for 99 years ? 🙃😂

Ah lovely. Another bag of rubbish gets tipped into the House of Lords. The place must absolutely reek of stale Tory failure, corruption and abuse of power. Honours handed out like sweeties to some of the most undeserving, underachieving, overpromoted clowns and liars to have ever held public office.

One almighty FUCK YOU to the British people from Rishi Sunak: Gove - peerage, Harper - peerage, Hunt - knighthood, Cleverly - knighthood, Shapps - knighthood, Stride - knighthood, Mitchell - knighthood, Villiers - damehood.

I have to say I’m not totally sure about the new Stonehenge makeover.

The Singer sewing machine factory clock in Clydebank. The factory closed in June 1980.

I have to admit it takes some Chutzpah for the Tories to blame Labour for the mess the Steel industry is in

74% of EU citizens think that their country benefits from EU membership. And for a number of years every single UK poll has shown a majority now want to return to the EU #RejoinEU www.europarl.europa.eu/news/en/pres...

The President of the United States engaged in insider trading, and laughed about it. He is not exempt from the law. Where the fuck is Congress?

BladeoftheSun Never mind not being worthy, most of the people on Rishi Sunak's peerage list should be in prison.

Literally everyone deserves to go out for dinner, buy coffees, wear quality clothing and have fun experiences whilst also being able to afford rent, groceries, bills & have a little left over for savings no matter what job they do. Why is that so absurd to some people?

BREAKING: An immigration court determined our client Mahmoud Khalil to be removable from the U.S. based solely on his political speech. The fight isn't over — we'll keep fighting for Mahmoud's freedom and all of our First Amendment rights in federal court.

Europeans (including Brits) no longer keen to visit the USA while madman Trump is in charge:

While Cummins made $13 billion in profits over three years, they refuse to provide fair wages and job security to the workers of UAW 291 in Oshkosh, WI. This is corporate greed at its worst. Cummings: sit down and negotiate a fair contract with the union.

This is Autumn. She was born without one paw. Gets along just fine with three, but still sometimes uses a prosthetic leg when she wants to blend in. 13/10

The Good Friday Agreement was signed 27 years ago today. It was an act of delicate diplomacy, which delivered peace and security to a part of our country where those qualities had long been absent. Those achievements should never be taken for granted.

Ahmed Manasra has been released just moments ago after spending nearly 10 years in the occupation’s military prisons.

With all else that’s going on, who wouldn’t want to be a dog happily romping in a field? Marty says “That’s all folks!”
