Did you know your ps4 keeps a log of when it was turned on and off, and how it was turned on with the button or with the controller... just as a plain text file on the hdd.. /system_data/priv/vshlog/vshlog.0.txt It triggers my adhd how much stuff is here just in sqlite dbs or plain text..

Got distracted. Wow... they did not lock this down.. like at all. (quick google after I noodled around in the ps4s brain on my own says yes this is a well known thing) You just edit one sqlite db and it just accepts the new changes as fact, no checks at all. Hoping there are checks for uploading...

With everybody being on @discord.com and the emergence of services like @insignia.live for the Original Xbox, why not have Discord Presence? I'm not the first one to think of this, but I did manage to make a really simple shortcut.xbe that does the heavy lifting and uses @mobcat.zip's API :)

One of those mornings. I more or less understand regex, it always just feels like a shitty hack to fix or find strings. Like this is *kinda* ini data, but not really as there are more then one var on a line. so yep, chuck it at regex and let it handle it.

So just for fun I tried to xdvdfs pack an xbox 360 redump into an xiso and it appears to work fine lol. sucks I can't find an attacher.xex like we have on the og xbox. would be a neat alternative to GoD. I still may just end up GoD'ing everything in end though idk. still new to this...
