There are genuine UI improvements with liquid glass (iOS 26), but aesthetically at least, it has so many treatments that people used to associate with web 2.0: glows, bevels and highlights, oh my!

Thinking of my friends, family and neighbors back in St. Louis dealing with the cleanup following the tornados that ripped through several neighborhoods. We left town the morning of the storms, so we didn't experience them, but seeing the clips online the morning after - scary and heartbreaking.
