Leon Muskovy has absolutely zero power to prosecute. As he thinks he does, I'd like to see him try. I read the new US Attorney in DC is warning people & he does have prosecutorial power. I'm not scared to provide controversial information. I'm a historian, it's my job & I have the 1st Amendment.

One thing I can’t wrap my mind around, the US government knew TikTok was an information weapon of the CCP for years. They knew it was used by the CCP to prop up authoritarians. They knew it was used to interfere in elections. Why then didn’t they act to ban it before the election of 2024?
