Went to a local ENA meeting and someone brought up POTS. We had a really good conversation on how many people are diagnosed in the US, the bias surrounding diagnostic delays, and how in some cases, mast cells play a role. I love that more people are becoming familiar with it! #POTS

We've been growing these daffodils for 14 years. They were transplants from family members who have since passed. Every year we look forward to seeing them bloom. 💗

Wintertime plant check. These two bur oaks were both planted upright, but one has quite the lean! I love seeing my daffodils and an unknown group of bulbs peeking through the snow in the 17⁰ weather.
