This post-tumor, long-covid situation I find myself in is a pretty shitty balancing act. On one hand I have physical damage from the surgery, on the other I have long covid-induced chronic fatigue and mitochondrial dysfunction. The tiniest thing sets it off and can take days to stabilize. OOF.
