Ah I’ll have to tell you my Slayer story sometime, it was very random! The advice though was about my (then) boyfriend and general life, love etc advice. Brilliant stuff, I’ve got a whole embarrassing teenage diary entry about it.

Happened a few times with projects I’ve been across. More often than not there’s significant differences and it’s been fine, or you can pivot or tweak a little. Importantly - keep it going.

Seems to happen intermittently, I have relatively common meds but every few months seems impossible to fill the prescription. Possibly supply chain issues?

Absolutely, support or assist rather than someone who thinks (or who you think) will heal or save you.

Am nerdy psychologist and big fan of therapy!

Oh absolutely some people definitely should have time alone, but the act of running away or avoidance can be part of the problem and being in a supportive safe partnership is actually part of the healing as afraid of intimacy, vulnerable or see closeness as a loss of identity. It’s a complex thing.

I do think you have to do the work but it doesn’t have to be when you’re alone. Broken people can still have relationships and work on themselves separately. I think it’s more about being self aware, identifying you may have some issues and being willing to address them. Doesn’t have to be alone.

A friend of mine is in this and I’m yet to watch it because I know how bad her acting is, so didn’t have high hopes!
