I do not care about the price of groceries!!! STOP THE COUP!!!

Shhh…that’s the quiet part.

I watch what’s happening right notes in my country and I seriously think, “is this really happening? Am I going insane and imagining this? This must be a fever nightmare…”

Don’t fly. Like seriously, if suddenly people stopped buying airline tickets or canceling tickets they already have, the airlines would have something to say about this.

I think I’m finally coming out of a months-long bewilderment and deciding on concrete actions that I can take and ways I can take my stand. It feels good.

Every day I am thankful for Dr Heather Cox Richardson and the independent journalists who have been documenting the events of the past 10 years. These writings, if preserved, will form the foundations of archival research for future historians And the story they tell will not treat us kindly.

Thank you, Bishop Maryann, for demonstrating to us the way of Christian compassion in the face of despotic tyranny and unhinged greed. You were surely put in your position for such a time as this. May all Christ followers be encouraged by your example and take to that path.
