I’ve just started a batch of a Yorkshire style beer, but I suspect the recipe is iffy in its calculations. Original gravity is supposed to be 1.058, but it clocked in at 1.080. The recipe had a surprisingly large amount of fermentables, which did feel odd. This one will have a big kick.
