It's shocking how much the Oops All Clarinets score for Salome has taken over in my head

I feel like things are not going to go well for James Corden

And tonight... another opera!

The number of times I just didn't meet up with people because I couldn't find where we were supposed to be going My glove compartment was full of hand scrawled directions to places I went regularly

Listening to Fidelio and just flipped the disc after side one. Was very confused until I remembered LP changers were a thing. Back in the right timeline now and act one continues

Today's okonomiyaki

Any tips for Bregenzer Festpiele? Looking at squeezing in a trip; could see Study for Life & Der Freischütz!

Outside: it's snowing again Inside: Bolognese is simmering in an oven, focaccia dough just got the most chaotic dimpling I've done yet

This is such a fantastic program

It started snowing while waiting outside so looks like I switched one storm for another but I'm in Brooklyn for Salome

Volta is cosy

Watching Animaniacs on a couch in my dorm's TV lounge

Successfully switched from tonight's Salome (from Heartbeat Opera) to the performance on Tuesday due to the expected 5-8" of snow in Westchester

Volta was not happy that I left to go into the city again; so full of need. Why am I taking so long to go to bed and why am I not petting her the whole time

Morgiane from Opera Lafayette

I got my tickets for Bayerische Staatsoper's Munich Opera Festival! This summer I get to see Pénélope, Lohengrin, Das Rheingold, and Rusalka

Tonight!

Two very pleased cats, zonked out after getting some fresh catnip
