I love old games, particularly those made in Japan. My main passion is MSX microcomputers, but I love retro games in general. I livestream frequently at: https://www.twitch.tv/themp83

There exists a MSX game from 1987 called "A Life M36 Planet: Mother Brain has been aliving". That is all. 😎

One of the fun things to do in King's Valley II for the MSX is coming up with 8-character passwords that actually works, such as: AMIGA600, DICKDICK, FACEBOOK, BOOBLICK, CAMELEON, BOHEMIAN, ALKALINE, LICKMP83, FAKEDONG, DEEPFAKE, COKEBILE, BALDMAID (Thanks to @bitsofbas.bsky.social for the help)

The before and after images of Yie Ar Kung-Fu (MSX, 1985). Top image is taken from Konami Computer Software Catalog (October 1984, Japan), and the bottom image is from the finished game:

There's quite a lot of Konami MSX games that never got released: * Konami's Pinball * Spelling Tree * Keyboard Master * Okazu shōron-ka (Side Dish Expert) * Jogging Mate All of these are from the October 1984 Konami Computer Software Catalog alone (cleaned up).

Here's some Badlands arcade flyers (Konami, 1984) for no reason:

Terrible pun meme inspired by a recent interaction with @mp83.bsky.social. Please enjoy. ;)

T&E Soft's "Active Simulation War: Daiva" series from 1986-1987 is very fascinating. In order to experience the whole storyline, told from different angles/characters, you'd need PC-88, FM77AV, X1, MSX, MSX2, Famicom, and PC-98 systems to play them all. Yikes!! www.timeextension.com/features/dai...
