It feels weird to me that we're supposed to call our representatives to be like: "Hey can we not initiate another forever war?" You'd think they'd be able to handle that one without a ton of input.

Y'all notice they're rounding up most of these "freeloading" immigrants AT WORK???!!

One of those times where it's necessary to point out that drafting the ECHR was led by David Maxwell Fyfe, a Scottish Conservative MP for Liverpool, MacMillan's Home Secretary and a prosecutor at Nuremberg. A functional party would trumpet it as a great Conservative achievement in the rule of law.

Ireland, that most literary of countries with the most poetic version of the English language, choosing to ignore all its homegrown brilliance & slop up workaday words-by-numbers as its own face. Choosing to promote itself in a way that undermines one of the very things the world loves about it.

£2 may not seem a huge amount to some, but I promise you it underwrites the most established independent youth service in UK culture, enabling all kinds of wonderful outcomes and opportunities☀️

The public meltdown happening between the world’s richest man 🙄 and the President of the United States 🙄🙄 once again begs the age-old question: are men simply too emotional to be in positions of power?

A lot of you replying with your thoughts on this. To be clear, unless you actually are Zaltz, I’m just not interested. I have my trusted source and he has his trusted sauce.

The only one you need to listen to on this is @zaltzcricket.bsky.social, who is the single best cook I ever met that didn’t own a restaurant.

FFS, I just washed my hair.
