A friend showed me this today (Big Nintendo guy here, and this is clearly a Blue Shell from Mario Kart) and I had to bring this issue up again... This reduces an opponent's speed, BUT IT CANT GO LOWER THAN 1!! In an era of shortening rules text, why are we specifying everywhere it cant be 0?

I know Nintendo is bad about consistency in the Zelda Timeline, but I really thought EoW would be MUCH earlier than whethey've've posted it. It's got Sea Zora, Gorons, Gerudo, and Deku Scrubs that all appeared in Ocarina and never again in the Defeated timeline. Why is it not at the top?
