People are talking a lot about government these days. Interesting that in all of recorded human history, almost every single one has proven a failure. Perhaps the problem is the institution, not the style.

It seems to me that past lives, ancestral/genetic memory, collective consciousness, planetary/galactic/universal grids, and akashic records are all different things. There is a different feel to them, but I suppose none of us can prove anything other than we are presently conscious in the now.
