If you're feeling like, bad brain times I recommend playing a ttrpg because everyone around you will support you because that's literally how the game works and you can get out of your head for a bit

I think people should remember that regardless of if it's a film franchise, tv show, wrestling company, whatever, the obligations are one way. They owe you entertainment. You don't owe them loyalty. Period
